ABOUT OUR GUESTDarío Feiguin is a Rabbi, educator, liturgical cantor, musician and pastoral counselor. Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. In November 1st 2019 he formally became the Rabbi of Congregation Kol Shalom on Bainbridge Island, WA, USA. Rabbi Feiguin was ordained at “Seminario Rabínico Latinoamericano”, and obtained two academical degrees at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem where he lived for 7 years and completed his BA and his Master of Arts with honors in Education, Counseling and Jewish Philosophy. He is one of the disciples of Marshall T. Meyer, was the Rabbi of Comunidad Bet-El, Tarbut School and the founder Rabbi of Comunidad Amijai in Buenos Aires, institution that he co-created and contribute to develop for 21 years. Between May, 2015 and June 2019 he was the Rabbi of Congregation B´nei Israel Costa Rica. Professor of Jewish Philosophy at the Rabbinical Seminary, author of numerous publications, 4 musical CDs, headed more than 50 Camps and Retreats. Co-Director and Rabbi in Residence of "Viajes de la Diversidad by Yudi Feiguin". Rabbi Feiguin is married to Yudi Kohn, They have a son: Adam, a daughter: Lilach, a daughter in law: Kanako, and a grandson: Umi.
